Knowing what to expect during your online hypnotherapy sessions is key to success in your healing journey.Below you will find the answers to most of the important questions about your hypnotherapy sessions. If you have others, we can answer them during your free consultation.

How do I book my first session?

Once you have had a 30-minute consultation, your hypnotherapist will send a link via email to the calendar where you will schedule and pay for your first appointment.

3 sessions are recommended per issue for positive lasting results.

You may choose whether you would like to pay full amount for individual sessions or choose to purchase a discounted package. When you buy a package of 3, you will receive a 10% discount, but you will only schedule the first session. Subsequent sessions will be scheduled at the end of the session with your hypnotherapist. We accept debit and credit cards online for virtual and in-person sessions.

How do I prepare for an in-person session?

For your in-person visit, just wear comfortable clothes.

Water, tissues and a throw will be provided for your additional comfort. You are welcome to bring your own beverage and throw if you prefer.

You will leave feeling awake and refreshed, with a new outlook full of new possibilities!

What should I expect for the session's length and structure?

Most sessions are approximately 2 hours. Yet, each session is tailored directly to your specific needs and may go over 2 hours. Please include an extra half hour cushion in your schedule just in case.

Your hypnotherapist will start each session by listening to you and asking a series of questions to fully understand what you would like to work on, the emotions and beliefs connected to that issue/symptom/behavior, and how/what you would like to feel/be/do/think/experience when you leave.

Then, your hypnotherapist will collaborate with you on a plan of action designed to help you resolve any issues.

Then your hypnotherapist will guide you through incredibly relaxing inductions and deepeners.

During the core of your hypnotherapy session, we will identify the root source of your challenges, deconstruct old unhelpful emotions and beliefs, and recondition your subconscious mind for positive change according to your own resources and wisdom.

Can I reschedule?

Yes! You can easily reschedule a session with our calendar booking tool.

Please be sure to only reschedule if you are more than 24 hours from the session.

Do you have a refund policy?

Just like you can't get a refund from your doctor or massage therapist, all sales are also final for our sessions.

What are your hypnotherapist qualifications?

Our hypnotherapists are skilled Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapists with well over 500 hours in training from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, Tampa, FL. They are also members of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists.

In addition to hypnotherapy, our hypnotherapists use modalities like NLP, Breathwork, Fast Phobia Cures, Parts Therapy, and Eye Movement Therapy, to name a few, throughout their hypnotherapy sessions for maximum results. They will be able to guide you into the depths of your unique subconscious mind with great skill.

How many sessions do you recommend?

We ask for a commitment of 3 sessions to begin with. After the initial 3, you will have the option to schedule one visit at a time, or take advantage of discounted packages or 3, 5 or 10. Your Hypnotherapist will discuss the options with you considering your needs.

While you will find amazing results very quickly, you may also find that as you resolve some issues, other issues may then surface. No worries, this is perfectly normal.

The following study may help to provide some context on the effectiveness of various therapy types:An article titled “Hypnotherapy: A reappraisal,” which was published in the journal Psychotherapy: Theory, Research and Practice by Alfred A. Barrios, PhD., revealed the following recovery rates:

Hypnotherapy: 93% recovery after 6 sessions
Behavior Therapy: 72% recovery after 22 sessions
Psychoanalysis: 38% recovery after 600 sessions

While the average presented in this study was 6 sessions for 93% recovery, we have found that most of our clients completely work through an entire issue in less time, approximately 3-4 sessions.

We have found that with at least 3 sessions we are able to access and resolve the root cause of an issue, which transforms the client in every facet of their lives.

Of course, some topics require more sessions than others. In any case, you are welcome to schedule an appointment anytime you have an issue you would like to address.

How do personalized sessions differ from hypnosis audio recordings?

After your initial session, you may receive a follow up hypnotic programming recording using the suggestions and visual images accessed from our discussions during the session. These recordings are important because they are customized for your issue and reinforce the deeper work we do during the sessions when listened to consistently at home.

While other non-personalized hypnotic recordings will absolutely help you shift, it will not be as transformational and there's simply no substituting the power of a private session. A recording by it’s very nature must be generic so that thousands and thousands of people can listen to and benefit from it. There is nothing generic about a private hypnotherapy session; it is 100% unique to you and your inner resources. That means you will experience transformation and shifts like never before in record time.

Do virtual sessions really work?

Yes! As long as you have undisturbed privacy, a good computer connection, and a comfortable place to recline somewhat.

How should I prepare for a virtual session?

If you choose to do your session on zoom, make sure you will have privacy and comfort during your session.
Here are a few tips:

Tell your family members you will be unavailable for 2 hours during your session.

Put your phone on "Do Not Disturb" mode, with notifications off.

Position yourself comfortably on a couch, recliner, or bed. You will partially recline, as your hypnotherapist will need to see your face and you need to stay awake.

Place your computer at a distance and angle so that your hypnotherapist can see your face and your arms during the session. Make sure your computer is plugged in and your earphones are plugged into the computer rather than using ones that you charge, if you can.

Internal microphones and speakers on many computers can work adequately, but since some people get quiet during hypnosis, earphones work best. Your earphones should be connected to the computer rather than using rechargeable designs, which could potentially lose power during the session.

Once you schedule your first appointment, you will receive more thorough instructions on how to prepare.

To ensure your comfort during sessions, please wear comfortable clothes.

Make sure you have water, tissues, and a throw within reach.

You will be given a restroom opportunity after the initial intake. But know that anytime you need to use the restroom, you will be able to easily return to the hypnotic state.
