Hi, I'm Deb Larson!

I consider it a privilege to be part of every client’s journey.
Helping others has been a theme throughout my personal and professional life. Prior to becoming a hypnotherapist, I mentored families in crisis as a Family-based Services Provider. I ran a mentor program and a 4-H club for at-risk youth. I also taught art and mentored artists as a creativity coach.

Being a hypnotherapist and helping people heal is a dream realized. The potential for healing with hypnotherapy is boundless. I find it truly gratifying helping clients move toward their goals and witnessing their powerful positive transformation and self-realization.

As a hypnotherapy student, I was blown away when I learned about the mind's powerful ability to cause symptoms in the body. Prior to that, I had no idea how my own thoughts were playing out in my body and the effect they were having in my relationships and coping behaviors.

Since then, I have experienced deep personal healing, empowerment, greater self-esteem, a much more positive outlook, and a deep knowing that I am doing what I am supposed to be doing ... helping others through hypnotherapy.

Because of the healing I have achieved through hypnotherapy, I am able to hold space for each unique client with compassion and flexibility in order to help them attain understanding, resolution, and healing, as they ultimately reach their goals.

As co-creator, I help clients understand that the discomfort we feel, whether mentally or physically, is our inner being telling us it's time to look within and acknowledge what we already know ... it's time to reconnect, re-frame, and renew.

That’s what I get to do every day... help clients access their inner voice... their inner resource... to help them heal, grow, and thrive.
